Abstract (EN)
The trade union organization is a product of the labor movement or a product of the contradiction between the labor and the capital. It is produced in the process of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers, it exists for the purpose of representing and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers. With the gradual increase in the power of trade union organizations, an increasingly important role in the process of state and government governance of society has been played. It is not only an indispensable method to resolve labor-management contradictions, but also an important stabilizing factor for the country and society. Therefore, most countries in the world –including China- have given high attention and support to the existence and the development of this organization.
