Fabrication Of Zinc Oxide-Graphane Oxide Nanocomposite Thin Films And Investigation Of Their Optical Properties In this thesis study, ZnO thin films undoped and GO doped were prepared by sol-gel method, Graphene oxide was synthesized by hummers method. Zinc acetate dehydrate was used as the precursor material for the preparation of the solution.The solutions were prepared by sol-gel method.GO doped ZnO solutions were formed by adding different ratios of GO to the solutions.The prepared solutions were coated on glass substrate using the spin coating method.Thin films prepared by 5 coat coating After drying at 450 oC for 1 hour, the optical properties of thin films were analyzed by UV-VIS spectrophotometry. Structural properties were investigated by the x-ray diffraction technique (XRD) and surface morphology with atomic force microscopy (AFM). The crystal structure was analyzed undoped and of GO doped ZnO thin films upon XRD results. Surface roughness of the films and fiber diameter of zinc oxide were calculated by AFM results. Bandgap energy ranges of films were calculated by optical analysis. The results showed that changes in crystal and surface analyzes were observed depending on the amount of ZnO thin films with GO additive and the optical properties of thin films could be improved.
