Abstract (EN)
Linearization Techniques of CMOS Low Noise Amplifier In this study, RF (radio frequency) CMOS low noise amplifier (LNA) used in the communication system different linearization techniques to eliminate the distortion caused occurred were examined. Low noise amplifiers or RF amplifiers, amplify the weak signal amplitude of the RF receiver, so they work as little noise. LNA's are critical components of the RF front-end module. Antenna of receivers, in the first stage or phase of the RF noise in the signal chain front-end module provides a total maximum contribution. When LNA is used, the impact of the images formed at a later stage in the receiver chain of the LNA with the help of decreased earnings, the LNA will be added to their receiver signal noise. Therefore, while increasing the signal power required for the LNA it is necessary to add as little noise and distortion. This system allows it to receive signals at a later stage. A good LNA low noise factor and gain value large enough and big enough to call modulation and repression point (IP3 and p1db) must have their value. In this study, the derivative superposition, noise / distortion cancellation and the post distortion including three different techniques are used to reduce distortion occurring. The first step in the appropriate low noise amplifier topology is selected to obtain the simulation results. Each technique applying to the chosen topology desired low-noise amplifier circuits are created. Appropriate values of the circuit elements are selected by optimizing the circuit. And then, proper impedance circuits in order to ensure compliance impedance circuit has been established and the results obtained are analyzed as the final version of the circuit. 0.18 CMOS technology is used to implement the techniques. CMOS and the parameters used in PSpice recorded parameters, then the appropriate number of terminals created CMOS AWR Design Environment transferred to the program. LNA gain for each technique with the help of S parameters for performing system analysis, input impedance matching (S11) and noise factors were found. With the help of two-tone test simulation IIP3 performance was measured. For analysis and examine the the results, the AWR Design Environment software is used. compared with linearization techniques applied to the analysis of results of studies conducted before the reduction in the rate of deterioration it has proven to be the desired dimensions.
