Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of infection transmission routes training given by nurses to mothers whose children were hospitalised in hospital. This randomised controlled experimental follow-up study was conducted in the Department of Pediatric Health and Diseases at Manisa Celal Bayar University Hafsa Sultan Hospital. The sample of the study was consisted of a total of 80 mother whose children were hospitalised as experimental group (n = 40) and control group (n =40). The research data were collected with the "Patient Child and Parent Introduction Form" and "Infection Transmission Route Education Questionnaire".
