Abstract (EN)
In this study, for the application of the dip coating method from sol-gel coating processes, the design and manufacture of the immersion coating device, which is one of the high-priced laboratory devices which are not domestic production, and the coating of the modified materials with different additives have been made. Designed dip coating device offers dipping time adjustment, multiple dipping, and drying at different temperature values, as well as the use of an optional UV light filter, unlike its counterparts in the market. Images of coatings made by this device with different additives are taken with SEM device. With the help of these studies, it has been ensured that different modified surfaces are coated and these coatings are successfully made by a domestic design device.
