Abstract (EN)

In this study, multi-stack piezoceramic materials which can realize mirrors' movement in adaptive applications with high precision are endeavored to be produced and characterized. Expected properties of materials being used in these applications are analyzed and powders are synthesized with solid state method through these properties primarily. The effect of La to electrical properties is examined through addition of La to Sr-PZT structure in different amounts. Synthesized powders are sintered at 5 different temperatures and their properties are analyzed at each and every temperature. Then one of the synthesized powder compositions is chosen in accordance with expected properties. 8 different multi-stack ceramics are produced from the chosen composition. The parameters that are effecting the displacement originated from the actuator are elaborated on. Therefore multi-stack ceramics with different stack amounts, diameters, areas and thickness are produced and characterized.
