Abstract (EN)

Multilayer piezoceramic materials are used in applications requiring high precision due to their low application voltages, high mechanical stiffness and high displacement. Investigations on the development of lead-free systems have been accelerated after the 2000s due to restrictions imposed on the use of lead-based materials. The composition of Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 with high permanent polarization and high coercive electric field is worth researching due to the morphotropic phase boundary composition generated by BaTiO3. In this study, polycrystalline material with and without manganese doped (94Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-6BaTiO3) (94NBT-6BT) was produced, developed and the effect of particle size on NBT-BT system was investigated. Furthermore by using these compositions, multi-layer ceramics were produced by tape casting method. The design of multilayer manganese added and non-additive (94Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-6BaTiO3) (94NBT-6BT) piezoceramics, production by using different electrodes, characterization and comparison of their electrical fatigue behavior have been made.
