Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT Computation of eigenvalues of regular Sturm-Liouville problems with homogeneous and periodic boundary conditions respectively is considered. For each problem, using the Richardson Extrapolation based on the finite difference, the accuracy of the eigenvalues are improved. Numerical results demonstrate the usefulness of the correction.
