Abstract (EN)

This study aimed to measure the extent to which our health workers, who are at the forefront of the Covid-19 pandemic that has affected the whole world in the last quarter of 2019, have made an impact on their organizational commitment levels with this process. Personal information form developed by Meyer and Allen and purpose for normative commitment, loyalty and continued emotional attachment containing the dimensions of eighteen-item organizational commitment scale Covid-19 epidemic, the process continues as the year 2021 March-May in the months of operating in the province of Samsun, 1050 was administered to health workers. The obtained data were evaluated using the SPSS 22.0 statistical program in the computer environment. As a result of the research, it was determined that there are statistical differences in the level of commitment of health workers to their organizations at a moderate level, depending on their gender, age, marital status, educational status, work in the institution and total working time.
