Abstract (EN)
Pandemic preparedness refers to the ability of governments to predict a pandemic before it happens and prepare for a global public health emergency by developing the right knowledge and capacities. Understanding hazards and threats and building capacity for risk prediction and assessment allows countries to better target their prevention policies and risk reduction programmes. For this reason, it is important to determine pre-pandemic health workforce policies and to ensure pandemic preparedness by establishing risk management procedures. In this study, it is aimed to reveal health workforce policy and management interventions during the Covid-19 pandemic recommended by WHO and ILO, to evaluate the impact between Covid – 19 readiness organizational Trust and job satisfaction. Resources will be created to develop faster and more effective response methods for future pandemics. As a result of the analyzes made, it has been seen that confidence and job satisfaction have a positive effect in preparation for Covid-19, and the job satisfaction of those who trust the institution and employees increases positively.
