Abstract (EN)
Survival analysis is used to analyze the data consist of the duration of time until a specified event occurs. Cox Proportional Hazard Regression Model in survival analysis is a method widely used to determine the factors effective on survival (failure) time. This method, models the independent variables mathematically and determines the risk levels of them. In this study, Cox Proportional Hazard Regression Model, model form, parameter estimation techniques, hazard ratios, testing the proportional hazards assumption is discussed. In application study, the independent variables effective on repetition of the traffic accidents caused by the red light rule infraction are examined in terms of risk structure and modelled with Cox Proportional Hazard Regression Model.
