Abstract (EN)
This thesis examines the critical corporate success factors for ERP implementation through its lifecycle. Using a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, in-depth interviews, and content analysis of popular social platforms, the research reveals the multifaceted relationship between online interactions and self-identity formation among adolescents and young adults. The findings reveal the dual nature of social media; serving as a platform for self-expression and social connection, while also being a source of idealized self-presentation and pressure to conform to online norms. Additionally, the study highlights the emergence of innovative identity negotiation and experimentation within the digital space, often challenging traditional identity development concepts. These virtual identities impact offline realities, including mental well-being, self-esteem, and social integration. This research contributes to sociology by calling for an understanding of the complex interaction between social media and young identity formation in our increasingly digital world.
