Abstract (EN)

In this study, firstly, the historical flow of metallic glass is given. With the support of the literature studies, Fe 39 Ni 39 Mo 4 Si 6 B 12 , which is suitable for the FMR technique, was preferred. Before starting the FMR studies, the XRD and XRF values of the material were graphed for each heat treatment (unheated, 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes heated) and the presence of each element in the material was observed. SEM images of this order from amorphous to crystal are also presented in this study. Vickers hardness values of each heat treatment were taken and it was observed that the hardness values increased as a result of heat treatments. FMR technique was used in this study, which was carried out considering that the change as a result of heat treatment will also be reflected in the magnetic properties. In this technique, a magnetic field was applied to each of the samples in the range of 0°-180°and change was observed with differentiation graphs. It has been observed and proven by experiments that metallic glass Fe 39 Ni 39 Mo 4 Si 6 B 12 will occupy an important place in the use of magnetic sensors and actuators.
