Abstract (EN)
The connections in drill oil systems are also used in naval industry and pipe systems of naturel gas. The effect of joints to each other which are used in design internal pressure and overload change continously during. The effects of these changes become safer when optimal conditions are reached. In this search, the connections under different loads and depths have been studied by using finite elements analysis (FEA) and solutions have been obtained. In this study the ANSYS finite elements software has been used for numeric modeling. The problem has been modeled in a two dimansional axis-symmetric manner. While doing modeling two dimensional izoparametric elements have been used and solutions obtained for different depths. As a result of these solutions, the critical points in connection were defined by means of Von-Mises damage criteria. In addition to this, the touch condition between the threads, frictional stress and pressure changes in touch conditions are among the results which have been obtained.
