Abstract (EN)

Sheet metal forming processes, especially deep drawing process , provide diverse results in various materials. The main sources of these results are the material properties which are called anisotropy, elastic modulus and microscopic material properties. The lubricants, film breaks and the sequences of the heat treatment that are used at the process, provide against the producing of a part in a standart process. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the deep drawing properties and also to develop suitable process parameters for aluminum finite element simulation. At experimental corrective studies 6061 aluminium alloys in different geometrical shapes are observed. In the simulation, the commercial dynamic-explicit code LS-DYNAFORM has been used. The reliability of the finite element package was verified by a comparison with the experiments in workshop. The results of the simulations have been compared with several experiments that were performed in workshop. Based on experimental and simulation results, a database was constituted in VISUAL BASİC.Keywords :Deep Drawing, Aluminum, Finite Element Analysis, Dynamic- Explicit method.
