Abstract (EN)
In this study; The electrochemical behavior of the biosensors in the electrolytic environment, electrochemical methods and surface morphology were visualized and a biosensor that could be used for application was obtained. With the help of this biosensor, the amount and presence of lipase enzyme, which is the minor input used as a natural biological catalyst and cleaning agent in detergents in various forms, has been determined. Since we cannot talk about the existence of a chemical sensor that can recognize the enzyme, the necessity of a biosensor has arisen. By using the physical and chemical properties of the polymers, lipase enzyme detection was made by means of a polymer-coated sensor adapted for this special need. Again in this study, gold electrode was used as attachment material and platinum electrode was used as counter electrode. This situation was handled electrochemically and measurements were made on the electrical/chemical response of the biosensor to the chemical environment. In this study; the presence and amount of lipase can be replicated by experimental measurement of the known sample. Exactly quantifiable results were obtained. In the tests performed, the cytoichiometric changes in the chemical environment were measured and the presence and amount of lipase enzyme in the detergent was determined.
