Abstract (EN)
In this Thesis, the 6-tuples (d,a,b,c,r,s) that has property M are found by Dunwoody Methods where d = 2a + b + c is odd and even. Thus the word w which corresponding to cyclic presentation is written by using the first cycle of ap which constitute as connected with this 6-tuples and the value ofj. Moreover the corresponding polynomial to w was found, it is shown that the polynomial is same as the Alexander polyomial of known knot. 2002, 65 pages Keywords : Cyclically presented groups, knots, Alexander polynomials, Heegaard diyagrams, manifolds
