Abstract (EN)
In our world, which is becoming more and more digital every day, the digitalization of companies is inevitable. In particular, banks that hold assets and manage assets have to follow this trend even earlier than other firms. Banks are required to regularly measure their current digital maturity and continuously improve their areas of development. This study will shed light on banks in this area and cover where they are in the current situation and what they need to do to go further. Digital maturity is not just about technology. In addition, it covers new business models, technology & data usage, optimization and automation of processes, and the organization's digital orientation. Lastly, in this paper, common points were determined by examining and analyzing many different digital maturity models, and a new digital maturity model was revealed in the light of that information. This model was applied on one of Turkey's leading banks and the results were analyzed.
