Abstract (EN)
Digital printing on textile products covers one of the fastest-growing markets in the fabric printing field. In the study, Ne 30/1 100% cotton, Ne 30/1 100% viscose, Ne 30/1 50% cotton + 50% viscose, Ne 30/1 50% cotton + 50% modal, Ne 12/1 100% cotton and Ne 12/1 70% cotton + 30% hemp yarns were used and single jersey knitted fabrics were produced. The amount of thickener used in the pre-treatment paste was changed and digital printing was applied to fabrics. After printing, fixation was applied at 110 ⁰C for 6 and 10 minutes. Evaluations were made by applying physical, performance, comfort and color tests to the fabrics produced. When the results of the study are examined, it can be concluded that increasing the fixation time from 6 minutes to 10 minutes positively affects the performance characteristics. It was observed that changing the amount of thickener did not cause significant differences. It can be said that the main effect here is the harmony of the ink and raw material used. When the statistical analysis results were examined, it was revealed that there was a significant difference between the fixation time and the thickness and overall moisture management capacity (OMMC) value. All physical and performance tests yielded the result that there is a significant difference in the raw material. When the color data was evaluated, it was revealed that only the type of raw material had a significant effect on the L* (lightness-darkness) value of the color.
