Electronic evidence has become a proven evidence system through computers and computer systems. It plays a very important role in illuminating the crimes that take place on digital systems. Compliance with rules is essential for the collection, examination and reporting of evidence. With the development of technology, crime rates have increased in the electronic environment. A lot of data is stored in digital systems. These data may be insignificant as well as important data such as personal data, corporate policies, financial records. Safely destroying data is just as important as securing data in storage. In this study, research and implementation of secure data collection and data destruction methods on digital systems will be carried out.
