Web based application development according to dynamic business data for short and medium term plans

With the development of the technology data has become very important to make strategic and quick decisions for the companies. In this context, theoretical framework was designed in which provides significant contribution to make a decision for the company in short and medium term with transforming data sources into strategy-targets with using visual elements and meaningful lists. This study is prepared for evaluating enterprise data within business analytics for providing contribute decision making process. Research questions are revealed after identifying operational problems of the company. Web application which "Pilot" is developed based on problems in software development life cycle. The effects of the application on the decision-making process are analyzed with survey method and results are discussed on this study.
