Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, titled as ?The Relationship between Diplomatic Protection and Human Rights?, both the concepts of diplomatic protection and human rights and the relationship between them are emphasized.In the first part of the thesis, general information about the concept of diplomatic protection is analysed.In the second part of the thesis, the aims of the human rights law and the position of the individual in international law are explained.In the third part of the thesis, how diplomatic protection has to be applied in accordance with the aims of human rights law is considered.
