Abstract (EN)
Until now menisectomy is the most used solution for the illness of meniscus tears in the avascular area. To avoid using this surgery and over their researches, researchers found that electrospun collagen type I scaffold is the most suitable solution. In this Thesis, we give a comprehensive explanation of the step of formation of a collagen I electrospun scaffold and methods of characterization. And also we discuss some factors which influence the diameter of a collagen I electrospun nanofibers.
