Abstract (EN)

Today, Turkish language has spread over a large geographic area and separated from each other in different dialects and Divânü Lügati?t-Türk has the oldest and the most connective vocabulary and is one of the main sources of Turkish language until the period of it has written. The Turkish dialects which has been provided in Divânü Lügati?t-Türk are used in many words today has undergone various changes in terms of speech, denotation and grammar. Comparing the words which reflect the cultural assets in Sakha (Yakut) dialect?s wealthy vocabulary and those in Divânü Lügati?t-Türk, such a study will guide the people who want to make a research in the field.This thesis consists of the parts Introduction, Analysis and Conclusion. After being mentioned the subject and method of the thesis, the Introduction emphasizes "culture" and "words which reflect cultural assets" and then introduces Divânü Lügati?t-Türk and Sakha (Yakut) Turks briefly.The words reflect the cultural assets in Divânü Lügati?t-Türk are compared with those belong to Sakha (Yakut) vocabulary in six steps by means of their vocal and denotation characteristics.
