Abstract (EN)
After the 2nd world war with the effect of increasing industralization energy for countries, becomes more important and also interior the energy resources, up to today petroleum and afterwards natural gas comes to foreground. However as a result of environmental factors, formation like OPEC, the condition of countriesthat have energy resource and the existence of petroleum. As we?re going in the 21th century, the importance of natural gaz increases one times, too. With the effect of incresing importance of natural gas in the world our country?s strategical importance also increases. Our country which natural gas resources, also has a important potential of transition between countries. Naturally a country which has this position has to increase variation of countries that it?s dependent for natural gas. So the natural gas market has to exist. In this study I talk about it?s mentioned that, energy resources especially the properties of natural gas market, the reserves, production, consumption, trade of natural gas in world and in Turkey. In addition the law about natural gas market in Turkey is investigated and some advises are given about the difficulties determined for the market freedom.
