Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is provided controlling, storing and planning the manufacturing process includes natural block stone from quarry to sized raw plate by developed software and manage stocks which consist sized plates or cases and estimating of production efficiency. For this reason a regular and relational database which reflects manufacturing character of the factory has been developed. At same time, an auxiliary data bank has been created for production planning and management to production managers. The system was developed by using C# programming language and Firebird database software.A new system has been developed by using non-linear methods (Artificial Neural Networks) and production estimates and efficiencies was carried out for the blocks by using current database. Artificial neural networks tool (nntool) and graphical user interface (gui) of Matlab software was used to develop the system and integrated to the production planning system.After completion of modeling and data entry procedures, according to the results of efficiency estimates, sufficient success rate of 5.2% with maximum error has been observed.
