Abstract (EN)

Today, when we ask that question "which is the best form of government?" to the very different communities living in different regions of the world, we will take the majority of the answer will be "democracy". Many governments are far from democratic in terms of concept or practice. Even there are differences between governments as known as democratic, has less or more democracy. Even most democratic governments are can not argue about their democracies perfection because they just have a "representative democracies" and even their sufficiency is argumentative. The representation system causes problems but is advocated for being "better than nothing" and the only sustainable option. The mean of democracy is "to govern people by the people, for the people" which we call it as direct democracy today. However, this government system was close enough to perfection but invented in a small community living in a small area in the antique age, than we have categorized it as "utopian" because it has become impossible when population raised and people spread over a wide geographical area. By the expression "today's world" we mean the call age of knowledge that mankind has reached the development especially in the last century which is more than thousands of years. Our specie "always more" need and ambition has caused great jumps, especially in science and technology, and it has always brought us here to look for ways to get better. But it also happens that we are missing out on the dizzying run of the era of speed. Although our individual opportunities increase, we can not say that we are successful enough to find new ways to better manage our societies. In this case, the individuality is brightened, but it seems that the social structure is dim. We proudly say that the technology of access to information has linked people from different continents in the world, and that the world has become global and diminished, transforming into a global "village". However, we don't ask that question: "If we want the best of everything always, if we accept that the world is a global village anymore, so why we do not consider finding the path to rule in this new village, which is direct democracy is the best form of governance?" The purpose of this study is to ask this question and try to find the answer.
