Abstract (EN)
In this study, the electrochemical polymerization of 2-amino-3-picoline (A3P) monomer and palladium complex that containing the same group (PdAP) were realized on glassy carbon electrode (GC) with cyclic voltammetry (CV) technique. Surface modification was performed in 0.1 M LiClO4 and related monomer containing acetonitrile solution. Modified glassy carbon surfaces (GC/pA3P and GC/pPdAP) characterized with spectroscopic, microscopic and electrochemical techniques. The modified surfaces are intended for use in electrochemical detection of dopamine (DA) and for this purpose the optimum conditions are determined. The performances of modified surfaces in DA detection are found with square wave voltammetry (SWV) method and compared with bare glassy carbon electrode.
