Critical success factors in e-government practices and measurement of user satisfaction: The sample of governorship in Osmaniye

In thıs study e-Government applications of Governershıp in Osmaniye and critical success factors was examined as regards to e-Government applications in public administration. In line with the aim of the research, 121 people with institutional staffs benefited from the questionnaire about satisfaction and critical success factors from e-Government applications. No names relating to the public office mentioned were given in order to rearch objective results in the survey and the whole study. As a result of exploratory factor analysis on the collected data, 3 factors related to user satisfaction were obtained and it was determined that the Usability of e-Government Applications and Saving Features factor was more important in terms of satisfaction. The second factor is the productivity and satisfaction factor of e-Government applications, and finally the factor contributing to the pleasure and Institutional Images of e-Government applications. In the critical success factors, 2 factors were obtained and when the importance order for success was examined, it was determined that the first order was the Management's Attitude and the Planning and Implementation Process factor of the e-Government Applications after receiving the Technological Eligibility.
