Abstract (EN)
Édouard-Victoire Antoine Lalo Op.21 The Spanish Symphonie Espagnole, the violin concerto, plays an important role among the violin concertos of the Romantic Period. This concerto, often performed in Lalo's violin concerto, was composed for the Spanish Pablo de Sarasate (1844-1908), one of the leading European violinists in the 19th century, and was first performed by Sarasate in Paris on February 7, 1875. Lalo inspired his successors with his deep understanding of music and fine composition. In this study, the violin concerto, Op.21 Spanish Symphony, has been examined in terms of music form and technique and work suggestions have been given for the commentator. It was observed that Spanish melodies were used in classical western music and the concerto composed of five chapters included high level violin playing techniques. Key Words: Édouard Lalo, Violin, Concerto, Analysis, Technical.
