Abstract (EN)
In this work, relationship between Quasi Biennial Oscillation (QBO) and density of neutral content belong lower ionosphere measured at 75 km and 90 km at equatorial stratosphere were analyzed statistically. This analysis was occurred separately at solar maximum and minimum. Correlation and time series analysis were applied statistically. A long term relationship was determined between variables, after stability of variables in time series analysis was established. Later the results obtained using regression model. A negative relationship between QBO and density of neutral contents was determined at 75 km and 90 km heights. This relation was seen being respectively about 70% and 64% for solar maximum and about 36% and 15% for solar minimum Consequently a negative relationship between QBO and neutral contents of ionospheric D region was observed. This relation was seen high at solar maximum.
