Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine and evaluate preschool teachers' perceptions and beliefs about the Education Informatics Network (EBA) in terms of various variables, determine their frequency of use this platform, and also contribute to the development of the platform. The research was carried out with 301 preschool teachers working in Rize and Trabzon during 2017-2018 academic year. In order to collect the data of the study, the scale developed by Alabay (2015) "The views of secondary school teachers about the use of EBA" and the "Personal Information Form" prepared by the researcher were used. According to the results of the research, preschool teachers' perceptions, frequency and beliefs about EBA varied significantly with regard to teachers' age, professional experience and knowledge of Fatih Project. There is no significant difference according to gender. The type of institution and the presence of interactive boards in the classroom show significant differences only in the frequency of using EBA. On the other hand, the workplace variable showed a significant difference in the perception towards EBA. At the end of the research, a set of recommendations were made in order to improve EBA, increase its efficiency and frequency of use.
