Abstract (EN)

In recent years, trauma, bone diseases, etc. Hard tissue losses due to various reasons are increasing. The repair of bone damage is mainly treated surgically using metallic implants. However, in these treatments, the density of metallic implants in standard implants produced by traditional manufacturing methods is higher than the natural bone structure, which negatively affects the implant performance and the living conditions of the patients. In this study, a two-stage production method will be applied. In the first stage, Co-Cr-Mo alloy powders will be prepared with different additive elements and ratios. These prepared powders will be fired with the SHS method to obtain a porous structure. Co-Cr-Mo alloys obtained in the second stage will be coated with Hydroxyapatite using the hydrothermal method. For morphological structure analysis of the materials created as a result of coating; Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) for the examination of surface morphology, X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) method for the determination of phase analysis; For compression test, micro hardness test, surface roughness measurement; Atomic force microscopy (AFM), for microstructure analysis; Optical microscope, Antibacterial test, In vitro biocompatibility tests will be applied.
