Abstract (EN)
Echocardiography-guided pericardiocentesis, can provide intervention for pericardial effusions cause of easy bedside application, high application success rates, low complication rates; especially its variability of application according to the location of effusions, even they locate anteriorly, inferiorly or posterolaterally. Thus, because of echocardiography-guided pericardiocentesis both reduces unnecessary surgical intervention and increases the success rate of application it must be the first choice for treatment of pericardial effusions without ruling it out.
