Abstract (EN)

In this study, the Effect of Cutting Tool Matrix Component Elazig Cherry Marble workability was conducted to determine. A marble production cost, mainly with the performance of the cutting tool is controlled. In order to cut marble, marble stone between the impressive factors first necessary to determine the type of wear. Marble cutting tools at the beginning of the factors affecting is three-way relationship between the abrasive wear of the socket matrix and the diamond particles with the characteristics of the rock. In this context, marble cutting tool life of the cutting tool socket forming metals also important to know how you can influence. For this reason, the marble to reduce production costs by extending life of the cutting tool for used of sockets for cutting metal, and combinations % of these amounts and production techniques according to Elazig Cherry Marble and other marble stones determination is of great importance.In this study, especially in cutting process Elazig Cherry Marble in order to use, 85Cu15Sn bronze with 5% Co, 15% Cu and 2-11% Ni added diamond has a combination of matrix sockets made of powder metallurgy method. It was added by weight of 2, 5, 8 and 11 percent and the average particle sizes of 2.5 µm of powder nickel and the sockets in the production matrix composition under 270 N pressures and the sintering temperature of 670°C was performed for 4.5 minutes. By the addition of the prepared matrix mixture at 27% concentration of 40/50 mesh particle size synthetic diamond powder was stirred with a mixer. Then a mixture of the matrix, with method of hot pressing is transformed into a diamond socket. The produced sockets, 40Ag19Cu21Zn20Cd chemical composition and 1.2 mm diameter solder wire with combined brazing done?The socket matrices the densities of the real with the density of relative according to the principle of Archimedes determined and were compared with the theoretical densities. Socket matrix hardness Brinell Hardness Tester with a 62.5 kg load and 2.5 mm in diameter using a ball were measured. According to the results of the three-point bend test sockets bending strength increased by 2-8% Ni additives, but then this value will fall 11% Ni-added specimens.SEM examination, diamond powders and other matrix, the effect of alloying elements and sintering the diamond particles and the regular distribution of the pores of the matrix was found to be negligible. This contribution Marble Cutting Tool with increasing Ni can be explained within the matrix. At the same time mixture of matrix when sintered a very good and in parallel particles combine has been found that the neck. The combinations of the particles in the neck, the sintering process are exactly the purpose of the reaches of the means.XRD patterns of the effect of the sintering process, Cu327,92Sn88,08, CoCu2Sn, Cu41Sn11, CoCu2Sn, Co3Sn2, CoNiSn, Cu2Ni3Sn3, CoSn, Co3Sn2, NiSn, Cu5Sn, Ni4Sn, CuNi2Sn, CuSn, Co3Sn5, Cu9NiSn3, Cu5,6Sn, CoNiSn, Ni4Sn phases and the compounds was detected. It is also important as finding matrices with added 8-11% Ni the XRD examination of the monoclinic structure ?-Bronze (Cu6Sn5) phase is observed fragile.Another important finding is NR (reference sample), including the N1, N2 and N3 Co3C phase, in N4 CoCx phase is formed. In addition, 11% Ni-added sample N4 Co3C ? CoCx transformation took place. This finding is compared with the results of wear, particularly photographs of worn surfaces of 8-11% Ni added samples showed itself in the form of reduced wear lines thoroughly. This is added to 2-11% Ni matrix material has an increased wear strength than the reference material.Maximum stress and tensile stress values up to 8% increase in the contribution of Ni, 8-11% Ni additives were found to be decreased. This is a decrease of 8-11% Ni matrix with the effect of the contributions of ?-Bronze (Cu6Sn5) is thought to be caused by brittle phase. Even with the increase in hardness of the matrix phase comprising ?-Bronze is thought to be a reason.
