Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, an ?Energy Quality Analyzer? was developed for monitoring the energy quality continuously. It has a reconfigurable structure by its flexible hardware and software. The developments in technology or calculation techniques can easily be adapted and its hardware and software are reconfigurable independently from each other. MSP (MATLAB Server Pages) is used for monitoring the power quality from a remote center through internet networks and to evaluate the power quality by measured data with using MATLAB. These are the main differences from the other power quality monitoring systems. The analyzer has three operating processes; acquiring the data, analyzing the data, storing and sharing the analysis?s results. In data acquisition; hardware samples the voltage and current and stores sampling data on RAM then send to PC. In data analyzing; PC analyzes the sampling data by using a MATLAB&Simulink model. In data storage and sharing; analyzes data are moved to data based on MSP and it can be easy to get the analyses results through internet. Key words: Energy quality, Analyzer, Harmonics, Data Acquisition, Microcontroller
