Abstract (EN)
The Internet of Things has revolution the way we interact by integrating smart devices and sensors to transfer measurable quantities in the physical world to the digital world. As our society becomes increasingly interconnected, the potential of the Internet of Things to streamline processes, improve convenience and increase efficiency cannot be ignored. The Internet of Things has opened up opportunities for numerous innovations and advances in connectivity and automation operations, both in industrial applications and in individual applications. The potential benefits of this concept go beyond operational advantages, as it has a high capacity in consumer experiences. Starting from smart home systems equipped with connected devices to wearable devices that can track health metrics, the Internet of Things has enriched everyday life and significantly increased convenience. The Internet of Things, which is used in a wide range of areas from individual application areas to industrial areas, has also rapidly transformed the energy sector, changing the way energy is produced, distributed and consumed. By integrating Internet of Things devices and sensors into the energy infrastructure, it provides different benefits such as real-time monitoring of these systems, remote control and optimization of subsystems. The integration of the Internet of Things into the energy sector has paved the way for advanced energy storage solutions. In particular, monitoring and controlling the performance of energy storage and generation systems is beneficial in increasing energy efficiency and equipment lifetime. In this thesis, real-time monitoring of the performance of the hydrogen energy production system using the Internet of Things infrastructure will be provided by measurements to be taken from different points through sensors. Arduino Uno Wifi development board will be used as the main controller on the hardware side, and for the integration of the software side into the Internet of Things platform, Arduino Cloud web services have been utilized.
