Abstract (EN)

In the measurements of this work, the hairpin type of filament is used instead of directly heated filament to determine the efficiency of filament in the measurements. In the test measurements, elastic, inelastic and energy loss spectra of Ar are investigated. Furthermore, the resolution of analyzers and the shift of voltages are determined before the measurements of triple differential cross sections (TDCS). Later, electron-impact ionization cross sections (TDCS) of Argon atom are studied in coplanar asymmetric geometry. The measurements are carried out at 200 eV incident electron energy, for 15 eV and 25 eV ejected electron energy at 150 scattering angle. (e,2e) technique is used to investigate the interactions between electrons and target after ionization event for Argon atom. The measurements are compared with the results in the literature. In the mean time, this study presents the first experimental data for the determined kinematics.
