The evaluation of electronic trade within the frame of customs regulation

The rapid developing of world trade has resulted in the occurance of new trade mechanisms and the growing world economy has brought human life new dimensions in the such areas as trade and shopping. The internet which has occured as a neccessity of the changing world standards and also from which the states have benefited in the areas of shopping taxation controls and the pursuit of goods has taken its place in almost all the areas of human life including public order and public management.İn this study, it has been put emphasis not only on the electronic government application which has beeb improved to increase the functionality of public order and management but also on the electronic trade that has had an important role in the trades since trade operations having been applied electronically.Furthermore in the study it has been tried to explain that relationship between the Electronic Customs Application, which is an adaptation of electronic trade and electronic government models and the applications of electronic operations according to the Costoms Law numbered 4458 and the related Custom Legislation. It has also been stated that the Electronic Trade Market which is growing rapidly and becoming a big sector should apply different marketing approaches and the securitty areas of consumers should be expanded, too.
