Abstract (EN)

During the period from past to present, institutions, academia and producers have sought an answer to the question of how to make production comfortable and efficient. In this direction, the idea of digital transformation revolution, named as "Industry 4.0" at the technology fair held in Hannover, Germany, started to spread rapidly around the world. It is possible to find many sources in the literature on the concept of industrialization. The questions that need to be clarified are what is Industry 4.0? How will it be implemented? Where are we in the industry stage? There should be questions like. This study sheds light on the revolutions from the history of the industry. The steps taken by the states in the way of industrialization so far have been mentioned by using the literature review method. In the continuation of the study, applications were made in order to understand the concept of Industry 4.0, which seems difficult to implement for now, but is expected to not take long with the developing technology. Understanding what the industry level is and what is required to ensure its competence is essential for the proper implementation of industrial transformation. For this purpose, some sectors in Tosya region were handled and information was tried to be obtained about the steps to be taken by using the method of on-site observation and in-depth interviews.
