The government that acceptonly public sector in economy ruled the economy from center by abolishingthe balance of want-supply. Country becomed a certain level by publics greatwork and sacrifice and became one of the leaders in world in space andmilitary area with USA. Competition between USA and USSR longed for fortyfive years because of that USSR government can not achieve thedevelopment of economy. By the crush of economy, commonwealth ofindependent states take the place of USSR as an economical union andaccepted the model of free trade.Free trade model is full of chances and threads. In Turkey private sectorreached lots of areas in the beginning of 1990?s by the effect of chances andthreats in country and out country. Private sector that produce goods startedwith suitcase trade and continued with official export models. In these yearsprivate sector also started to produce sugar machines with public sector.Today number of these companies reached to eight and these companiessell their machines in international area. It?s believed that Turkey will be avery powerful country in international and Russian area in 10-15 years byfollowing the technological improvements in every area.
