Abstract (EN)

PV/T (Photovoltaic/thermal) collectors convert solar radiation to electricity and waste heat of PV convert to produce hot water and air. In this thesis study; two PV/T collectors with 150 Watt were used. One of this panel has PCM (Phase Change Material).Experiments were performed in Elazig, Turkey. From the experiments, power, radiation, hot water, energy and exergy analysis are obtained. In the 1st part of the study, effects of inclination angle on collectors are studied. Inclination angle values are changed 25o, 30o, 35o and 40o. According to the province of Elazig, the most suitable power angle for the collector is 30o and the most efficient angle for hot water is obtained 40o. In the second part of the study, three different parameters were investigated for 30o angle value of collectors, and power, hot water, energy and exergy analyzes were experimentally performed. Both increasing of panel temperature and shadow effect decrease to panel efficiency.
