Abstract (EN)

This study examines which plans should be prepared in general when drawing the electrical internal installation project of a public building and when creating these plans; brief information is included to help the project designer about the issues that need to be taken into consideration for better design, while following the regulations, standards and general acceptances. Information about the improvements that need to be made in electrical internal installation projects in order to use energy and public resources efficiently is given under separate headings in the part III (Bulgular). As a result of the research and comparisons, it is pointed out that the projects prepared according to the existing regulations are designed with a capacity much higher than needed which leads to establishment of bigger electrical facilities than required, therefore public resources are wasted. Also, it was mentioned that the regulations should be rearranged in accordance with today's needs and energy consumption conditions. In addition, suggestions were made on the subject by emphasizing the importance of mechanical installation projects in terms of energy saving.
