Abstract (EN)
This study explores how consumer engagement can be enhanced through email marketing by focusing on three core components: design, tone of voice, and UX writing. Using a qualitative approach, it draws on semi-structured interviews with industry professionals at Fluid Creatives to examine how these elements influence user interaction. The findings indicate that visually appealing, brand-consistent design, an authentic and friendly tone, and clear, user-centered copy significantly affect how recipients respond to marketing emails. These insights align with prior literature emphasizing emotional connection, readability, and interface design as key drivers of effective digital communication. The study further confirms that engagement is strongest when design, tone, and UX writing are cohesively integrated into a user-focused strategy, rather than approached in isolation. Participants stressed the importance of collaboration between designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure coherence and drive better outcomes. The research contributes to a deeper understanding of how thoughtful content and design choices shape digital user experiences and reinforce brand-consumer relationships in the email marketing context. Keywords: email marketing, consumer engagement, design elements, tone of voice, UX writing, user-centered communication, digital marketing strategy.
