Abstract (EN)

Because of qualified recycling is an important issue for protecting the mechanical properties of the plastic parts, the using of recycled polypropylene material, added 40 % of calcite (calcium carbonate), experimentally investigated. In this study, the samples are prepared with 100 % pure, %5, %10, %15, %25, %50, %75 and 100 % recycled material mixtures for investigating mechanical properties of raw material at the recycled using. Measurement proficiency have been checked by doing dimensional measurements of the samples. The samples tested by normal tensile, weld tensile, three-point bending and charpy impact testing methods. Also, after aging process, similar tests have been applied for simulating using conditions of tests. At the end of the tests, the changes at the mechanical properties of the material were determined. According to the results of tests, a prediction obtained for recycling material selection. The decreasing of impact resistance has been identified by using recycled material. There aren?t any significant changes in values of the bending and tensile testing.
