Abstract (EN)
Acaricidal activities of 4 entomopathogenic fungi, Beauveria bassiana isolates (GOPT-158, GOPT-228, GOPT-283, GOPT-331) and 3 commercial biopesticides (1.5% Beauveria bassiana strain Bb-1; 1.5% Verticillium lecani strain V1-). 1; 1.5% Paecilomyces fumosoreus strain PFs-1) on Tetranychus urticae and their effects on some biological parameters of T. urticae were evaluated. The single concentrati on of the test fungi (1x108conidia ml-1) was used. 0,002% Tween 80% was used as control. Two different test methods (Cage spraying and leaf dipping) were used in the study. In the cage spraying method, GOPT-228 isolate caused the highest mortality of 57.77±6.47 % at the end of the 5 th day. This was followed by commercial biopesticide 2 (38.88±4.75%), commercial biopesticide 1 (37.03±2.34%), commercial biopesticide 3(33.33±5.73%), GOPT-158 (31.74±2.89%) and GOPT-283(31.48±4.45%) . The highest mycosis rate on the cadavers was 53.33% in Commercial biopesticide 3, GOPT -158 and GOPT-331 isolates. Cage spraying method was found more effective then leaf dipping method. The mean adult life span resulted in GOPT-158 infection was 10.26 ± 0.38 days. The life spans were 8.75 ± 0.41, 8.90 ± 0.48, and 8.93 ± 0.35 in Commercial biopestice 2,Commercial biopesticide 3, and GOPT-283 respectively with leaf dipping method. The number of eggs lied per day were 0.53, in GOPT-228 respectively. In the ovisidal effect study on the eggs of Tetranychus urticae, the highest ovidal effect on day 7 was as follows; Commercial preparation 3 (83.33 ± 6.28%), GOPT-158 (76.66 ± 7.49%) and Commercial preparation 2 (75.83 ± 5.83%). Beside the acarisadal effect of the entomopathogenic fungus isolates on adults of two-spotted spider mites, they suppressed biological parameters and reproductive power of two-spotted spider mites compared to control.
