Abstract (EN)

In this study, the immobilization of oxido-reductase enzymes in the prepared andcharacterized various polyimide materials was investigated. It has beeen found that glucose oxidase enzyme was successfully immobilized in therelevant matrices. By systematically examining the parameters (polymeric film thickness, enzyme amount, medium pH, eg.) affecting immobilization in the polymeric matrices,polyimide-GOx based biosensors have been prepared. Then, the sensor characteristics such assensitivity, linearity, selectivity, response time and stability of the prepared biosensors havebeen determined. As a result, it has been claimed that various polyimide derivatives could be used asalternative immobilization materials for the biosensor design.
