Abstract (EN)

In this study, spin coating technique will be using to produce thin films with different thicknesses and their sensitivity to various organic vapors will be investigated. In this thesis, polyphenol oxidase enzyme and different organic materials will be used in thin film production. Glass and quartz crystal are chosen as substrates as solid surfaces and thin films will be characterized by using UV-visible spectrophotometer and quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) techniques. The QCM system is also planned to be used to measure the reactionof thin films agains various organic vapors. The effect of the enzyme in the use of thin films to be produced as a sensor material in the detection of organic vapors will be examined.
