Abstract (EN)

In industrial applications, machine parts are damaged in various ways. Depending on the damage of the parts, either the parts are replaced or the parts are repaired. Repair process is more preferred because it saves time and cost. The traditional joining methods for the repair process; welding, bolt, rivet and bonding techniques are used. It is used more because the bonding process is practical and provides a smooth joint without disturbing the integrity of the parts. In this study, L-shaped bonding was made by using AA5754 aluminum alloys DP410, DP460 and DP490 adhesives. In addition, the effect of Al2O3 and TiO2 particles on the tensile force was determined by adding 2%, 4% and 6% to the adhesives, according to the unreinforced situation. Finally, macro images of the damaged surfaces of the samples after tensile rupture were taken and the surface morphology was examined. In the tensile tests, the reinforcement ratios increased on the tensile forces compared to the unreinforced situation. The greatest improvement was achieved with 4% TiO2 supplementation to the DP410 adhesive. In the macro images after tensile test, it was observed that the adhesive type was damaged in general.
