Abstract (EN)

Aim: The correlation between IGF-1, TNF-α, PLR and erectile dysfunction and penile doppler is planned to be determined. Materials and Methods: Between September 2016 and December 2017, approximately 101 patients who complained of erectile dysfunction were examined with international sexual function index questionnaire (IIEF-15) and medical history. Platelete-Lymphocyte Ratio was calculated by hemogram and TNF-Alpha and IGF-1 levels were measured by Elisa Tests. Penile doppler ultrasonography was performed on 69 patients who complied with our patients. Results: IGF-1 values were compared with the IIEF-15 questionnaire scores. The results were statistically significant (p <0.05). The results of the analysis of IGF-1 values and penile doppler ultrasonography were also significant (p <0.05). No statistically significant difference was found between the TNF-alpha values of the patients and the groups according to the results of penile doppler ultrasonography (p = 0, 186). There was no significant difference between TNF-alpha levels and groups according to IIEF-15 form (p = 0,624). There was no significant difference between erectile dysfunction levels and penile doppler ultrasonography values according to the PLR values and IIEF scores of our patients. Conclusion: In our study, Although there was no statistical significance TNF-alpha and PLR values between erectile function in our study, statistical significance was found in relation to the erectile dysfunction of IGF-1. Significant evidence can be presented especially if the correlation with penile doppler ultrasonography results for IGF-1 is supported by further studies in the following period.
